Postage & Handling Options

Full payment must be received before processing begins. We will notify you if there is any change in delivery time for your order.

* For Credit Card payment or Australian Cheques and Money Orders allow two business days from the end of the business day that it was received to be processed.
* For Australian Direct Deposits please contact Siren Doll for Account Information. Allow 2 business days from the end of the business day the Deposit was made for order to be processed.If payment is not received within 10 business days your order may be cancelled.
* For payment by Phone the transaction will be processed that same day.

Note: the cost of shipping may vary depending on the size of the order. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Standard Shipping

Within Australia add $6.95 (Australian) per order. Allow 3 to 4 WORKING business days delivery time.
To New Zealand add $8.50 (Australian) per order. Allow 10 WORKING business days delivery time.
International Postage add $39.95 (Australian)(Approx. $20.27 USD) per order. Allow 14 WORKING days delivery time.

Express Shipping

(Siren Doll must be contacted to confirm available shipping)
Orders within Austalia and New Zealand add $16.00 (Australian) per order. Allow 2-3 business days delivery time.
International Orders add $54.95 (Australian) per order. Allow 3 to 5 business days delivery time.
Upon having made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, including your order number, purchase details, and total value of order.

Note : Please write your Invoice Number on the back of Cheques/MO, or attach a printout of your order confirmation. Your Invoice Number will be stated on your order confirmation form. An order confirmation form will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been submitted.

Please ensure your payment is sent as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 10 working days, your order may be cancelled.

* Your order will be immediately dispatched upon receipt of funds.
* Funds must be transferred as soon as your order is placed.
* When transferring funds, use your order number as the reference number.
* If payment is not received within 10 working days, your order may be cancelled.

Return Policy

Siren Doll will only Swap or offer a Credit Note for returned items:
Conditions

* All returns must be sent back within 7 days from the original shipping date.
* The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
* The garment has not been worn.
* The garment has not been worn on bare skin.
* The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
* The garment has not been altered by you in anyway.
* The returned item is accompanied by the original invoice.
* The item is returned to us in it's original undamaged packaging.
* Siren Doll will not refund, exchange or give credit notes for any returned item that has been damaged once it has left the store.
* Siren Doll will not exchange or give credit for any returned item to which you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the item.
* In cases where a customer is buying a gift for another person and finds the item is the wrong size or the person does not like the style of the item... Siren Doll will be happy to exhange the item for the right size or give a credit note, however we will not give a refund.
* If you can not provide a receipt of purchase Siren Doll will not exchange or issue a credit note under any circumstances.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser
